1. About this policy
This policy explains how Next 11 Ventures Ltd uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and other online services, what choices you have and how to exercise them.
Next 11 Ventures Ltd (company number NI732482) is the data controller for the information collected through these technologies. Our full registered details are in section 9.
It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally.
2. What we mean by cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers stored on your browser or the hard drive of your device. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your device.
The law in this area covers more than cookies alone. It applies to any technology that stores information on your device or reads information already stored there. Throughout this policy, when we refer to cookies we also mean:

- local storage and session storage
- software development kits (SDKs) in any mobile app
- scripts, tags and device fingerprinting techniques
3. How we categorise the technologies we use
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003, as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, we must obtain your consent before storing or reading information on your device unless a specific exception applies.
Strictly necessary. These are required to provide the service you have asked for. They include cookies that keep your session active, balance traffic across our servers, keep our services secure and remember your cookie preferences. They do not require your consent and cannot be switched off through our preference centre. You can block them in your browser settings, but parts of our services may then not work.
Statistical. These help us count visitors and understand how our services are used so we can improve them. They tell us how our services are used rather than who is using them.
Appearance and functionality. These remember choices you have made, such as your language or region, or adapt how our services display on your device.
Advertising and targeting. These record your use of our services and are used to make our services and the advertising you see more relevant to you. They may involve sharing information with third parties for their own purposes. These always require your consent and are never set unless you have given it.

5. Third parties
Some of the technologies above are set by third parties, over which we have limited control. Where a third party uses the information for its own purposes, we cannot control that use and you should review that party's own privacy information.
To opt out of being tracked by Google Analytics across all websites, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
6. Your choices
Non-essential technologies are not set until you have given your consent.
You can set your preferences by category when you first visit our services, and you can change them at any time by selecting "Cookie preferences" in the footer of every page.

Rejecting all non-essential technologies is as easy as accepting them, and withdrawing your consent later is as easy as giving it. Refusing consent does not restrict your access to our services.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings. If you use your browser to block all cookies, including strictly necessary ones, you may not be able to access all or parts of our services.
7. How long cookies last
The duration of each technology is set out in the table in section 4. We ask you to confirm your preferences again after 6 months, or sooner if we make a material change to the technologies we use.
8. Changes to this policy
We review this policy at least once a year and whenever we add or remove a technology. Material changes will be brought to your attention when you next use our services.
